Contract Rabbit is a legal automation company founded in 2024 by a corporate attorney and a software engineer. We want to improve the way people understand law and engage with the legal industry to create more satisfying experiences for individuals and businesses seeking legal services.

At its core

Contract Rabbit builds legal automation solutions which use natural language processing for reading and writing documents. We read and deeply understand documents using transformer-based classification models based on our custom framework for document representation. Once we learn and analyze documents we seed our document generation wizard based on the individual user's history. Our generative AI utilizes our proprietary document representation framework and domain-specific language model to ensure that the output meets the precision necessary for the legal field. We allow lawyers to work far more quickly and precisely and even empower non-legal users to self-service their legal needs.

Why create a blog

There's a lot to discuss! On both the domain (legal) side and the tech side we're constantly finding challenging and interesting problems and crafting innovative solutions; and chances are we're not the only ones thinking about these things. We want this blog to be a platform for others in the legal tech community to share ideas and responses to our thinking.
